Fabric Requirements and Cutting Instructions
- Fabric A-Tea Towel- one 19” x 28”
- Fabric B-Repeating Stripe Motif: One 42” strip of repeating stripe. Note: Our repeating stripe motif ran selvage to selvage. If your repeating stripe runs parallel to the selvage, adjust yardage accordingly.

Getting Started
These charming tea towels add just the right touch to your kitchen décor when celebrating your apple harvest. Read all instructions before beginning and use ¼”-wide seam allowances throughout. Read Cutting Strips and Pieces prior to cutting fabric.
Assembly
- Cut one 1” x 42” Fabric C Accent strip in half lengthwise. Sew to upper and lower edges of 3 ½” x 20” Fabric B Repeating Stripe Motif. Press under raw edge of Accent strip.
- Place unit from step 1, 3” up from bottom edge of tea towel Fabric A and pin in place. Top stitch in place using a blanket stitch or other decorative stitching. Trim sides even with tea towel Fabric A. Note: Our Repeating Stripe Motifs were of different widths, but we placed each 3” from bottom edge.
- On back side of tea towel, turn and press under ½” on all edges. Turn under ¼” to fold and narrow hem all sides of towel.
