Christmas Cardinals Lap Quilt

This charming Christmas quilt is so quick and easy to make that you'll want to make two—one for your home and one for a special gift! The center motifs are appliquéd in the center of the pieced blocks which adds visual interest without more piecing. Fabrics shown are part of the Debbie Mumm® for Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores Holiday Collection.

Getting Started

You will make 12 blocks, 6 of each fabric combination. Motifs are “fussy cut” and fused onto the center of the blocks and then edge stitched.

Making the Blocks

Read all instructions before beginning and use 1/4”-wide seam allowances throughout.
