Egg-citing Easter Decorating
Fun Ways to Display Eggs

Think outside the basket when it comes to Easter decorating! Here are five fun ways to display Easter eggs.

  1. Egg Marks the Spot: Create personalized place cards for the Easter table by decorating small flowerpots and using scrapbook letters to spell out each name. Of course, a sparkly egg tops each terrific table decoration. If preferred, use letters to put names on eggs, affix with decoupage, and then add glitter.

  2. Glass with Class : The same glass bowl that held Christmas ornaments a few months ago will make a beautiful Easter centerpiece when filled with sparkly eggs. Run left-over tissue paper through a paper shredder to make the "grass."

  3. Added Charm : Dress up a ceramic collectible by adding a matching Easter egg. This little ceramic bunny gets maximum charm with an oversized egg in her basket.

  4. Spring has Sprung : A tiered countertop fruit basket springs into Easter action, when sparkly eggs replace fresh fruit. A small Debbie Mumm ® bunny pitcher announces the change of season.

  5. Egg Bouquet : Wet decoupage eggs drying on their sticks inspired us to create this egg bouquet. A terracotta flowerpot was painted spring green and filled with sand. Sparkly Eggs on dowels are easy to arrange in the sand. Shredded tissue paper hides the sand and becomes a cozy nest for more small eggs. Finally, a bead necklace brings sparkle to the flowerpot.
